**Job Overview**

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices, particularly in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding process.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve workplace practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and benefits audits.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
- Analyze trends and data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting HR-related expenses.
- Provide support to management and staff on various HR matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proficient both Arabic and English language.
