**What You Will Do**
- Manage the preparation of all staff payroll and timely disbursement of salaries
- Draft employment certificates, contracts, and contract addendums
- Conduct HR induction for newly hired employees
- Prepare monthly HR reports as required
- Conduct preliminary screening of applicants for open positions
- Keep all employee files and data systematically and update the information as necessary
- Responsible for registrations, terminations, and changes related to employee information in the ERP system
- Administer benefits programs such as medical and life insurance enrolment
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engagement initiatives

**What You Will Need To Succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in the Human Resources function
- Professional experience in FMCG is an advantage
- Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity
- Very strong proficiency in ERP. Power BI, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills required
- Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution
- Strong background in Payroll Management
- Good grasp of UAE Labour Laws
- Excellent communication skills - can facilitate meetings, conduct trainings and draft policies/contracts
- Fluency in written and spoken in English is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
