B2b Sales Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients within the F&B industry.
- Present and demonstrate our solution to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and brand awareness.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or digital solutions industry.
- Valid UAE driving license (own visa preferred but not necessary).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Basic salary of AED 3,500 per month.
- Company-provided car and petrol allowance.
- Mobile phone bill coverage.
- Attractive commission structure: 10% of monthly sales.
