Strategic Account Manager

- Leading the development andimplementation of the account plan and SoW growthactions.
- Designing and implementing a strategicbusiness plan expanding thepartnership.
- Understanding key businessdrivers, including emerging risks (e.g., sustainability, digital,cybersecurity), and interpreting impacts and opportunities forABB.
- Participating in developing salesstrategies by providing insights into the customer'scur-rent and long-term plans.
- Defining andproposing sales targets for the account, ensuring their achievementthrough structured follow-up across divisions andcountries.
- Selling products, solutions, andservices to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profit-abilitytargets.
- Ensuring a coordinated sales approachadding value for both the customer andABB.
- Monitoring competitors' activitiesand formulating appropriate responsestrategies.
- Providing input on market pricedevelopments.
- Driving the application ofstandardized marketing and sales processes and tools (e.g.,Salesforce, account plans).
Qualifications For TheRole
- Bachelor's degree inengineering
- 10 Years of experience in AccountManagement within Energy industry
- Experience inportfolio management, business strategy, and marketintelligence.
- Strong understanding ofgo-to-market strategies and customer experiencesuccess.
- Knowledge of regulation and legalcompliance, pricing excellence, and budget and performancetargets.
- Expertise in account management,business development, and salesenablement.
- Familiarity with general salespractices, solution/application sales engineering, and channelsales.
- Proficiency in contract and riskmanagement.
- Excellent leadership andcollaboration skills.
- Commitment toABB's core values, safety, and integritystandards.
- Arabic speaking language essentialfor stakeholders'management.
