Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team at Caliberly. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic relationship building and account management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, and proven experience in key account management. You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software, and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or cross-selling.
  • Reporting: Compile reports on account progress goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
