Embrace knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the fuel industry and experience ensuring that sales practices comply with relevant laws and regulationsPresent monthly and annual sales results to the management.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Client Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their fuel requirements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Building & Increasing EfficiencyBuild and lead a high-performing B2B sales team, provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture focused on client satisfaction and business expansion.
Oversee Zone's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services.
Leverage technology in sales processes, including CRM systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure effective training programs for sales representatives, assigning trained sales representatives to various territories, and setting their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.

Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market demandsManage travel, trade show participation, sales trips, site visits and other activities ensuring a strategic and robust set of sales initiatives.

Experience & Skills RequiredOverall 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably solution or enterprise selling.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably in the energy, logistics, oil & gas or commercial vehicle industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and goals.

Strong networking abilities with a demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and key decision-makers.

Strong negotiating, persuasion and sales skills.
Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to think creatively and introduce innovative sales approaches, products, or services that differentiate the company in the market and address evolving customer needsAnalytical mind-set with the ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic recommendations.

Ability to work in an unstructured and agile work environment and drive change.
Willing to travel nationally as needed for business meetings.
Willing to work for 6 days a week in a fast paced organisation.
