Position Overview

We are excited to present a unique opportunity at Precision Hire Solution, aimed at enhancing our brand presence in a rapidly growing market.

Role Responsibilities

As the B2B Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Enterprise and B2B sales initiatives across the Middle Eastern region.

  • Drive Growth: Propel the growth of our Enterprise and B2B channels, with a strong emphasis on cultivating opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Marketing Execution: Strategically oversee and implement marketing initiatives to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Foster relationships with corporate end-users through a personalized, high-touch approach.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and recruit new Value-Added Resellers (VAR) and System Integrators to broaden our market reach for AV and hospitality solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Enterprise to formulate a comprehensive business strategy for the hospitality sector in the Middle East.
  • Sales Meetings: Organize and execute quarterly sales steering meetings with key partners to drive performance.
  • Project Oversight: Review project plans and provide expert guidance on our solutions and industry best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for optimization and follow-up reviews.
  • Training Development: Assist in creating training materials and programs aimed at enhancing B2B sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Enterprise sales team to continuously enhance commercial sales channels.
  • Product Management Liaison: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Product Management regarding new product features and functionalities.
  • Market Insights: Provide Product Management with insights on industry trends relevant to our offerings.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Enterprise sales, particularly within sectors similar to ours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing key Enterprise channels within the hospitality sector.
  • Expertise in high-touch sales methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B commercial operations.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale B2B and integrated solution projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively with international teams.
  • Able to motivate others and manage potential conflicts to foster commitment towards shared objectives.
