Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards, understanding customer needs and ensuring the fulfillment of an exceptional experience for the customer.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and use creative ways to exceed them, keeping the customer in mind.
  • Operational Excellence: Take the lead to ensure operational standards are in line with company guidelines at all times.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally and escalated in a timely manner to the B2B Sales Manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure awareness and understanding of product range and current in-store promotion details, sharing the information with customers.
  • Security and Compliance: Comply with all security policies and regulations, minimizing exposure to stock loss.
  • Team Collaboration: Support internal teams as and when required through the sales process, ensuring maximum benefit to the business.
  • Sales Enablement: Use advanced selling skills to better support the customer's needs, generate high-value transactions, and build a consistent flow of repeat customer and recruit new customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Certificate
  • Experience: 3-5 years industry experience
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is required.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills
  • Industry Expertise: Furniture, Hospitality, Catering is a must.
