Position Overview: A unique opportunity at Precision Hire Solution to enhance our brand presence in a rapidly growing market.
As the B2B Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Precision Hire Solution's Enterprise and B2B sales initiatives across the Middle Eastern region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the Enterprise and B2B sectors, with a particular emphasis on cultivating opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Effectively manage and implement marketing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Engage with corporate clients through a personalized approach.
- Recruit new Value-Added Resellers (VAR) and System Integrators to broaden our market reach for AV and hospitality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Enterprise to formulate a strategic business plan targeting the hospitality sector in the Middle East.
- Organize and execute quarterly partner sales steering meetings.
- Meet with key partners to influence and inspire them to promote Precision Hire Solution's commercial offerings.
- Review project plans and provide expert guidance on our solutions and industry best practices.
- Conduct effectiveness analyses, initiate optimizations, and follow up on reviews.
- Assist in developing training materials and programs aimed at enhancing B2B sales.
- Work in tandem with the Enterprise sales team to support ongoing development of commercial sales channels.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with Product Management regarding new product features and functions.
- Initiate product adaptations and custom solutions in partnership with Product Management.
- Provide Product Management with insights on industry trends relevant to our offerings, along with pertinent business cases.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Enterprise sales, particularly within sectors similar to Precision Hire Solution.
- Proven experience working with key Enterprise channels in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in a high-touch sales environment.
- Extensive B2B commercial acumen.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale commercial B2B and integrated solution projects within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Results-driven with a clear focus on achieving goals.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Ability to motivate others, mediate potential conflicts, and foster commitment towards shared objectives.
