Job Description:

Sales Management in the Install Market Segment

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales in the Install market segment, focusing on growing business above market in the MEA region. This includes developing sales strategies, ensuring their implementation, and creating demand and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively Manage Customer Structure in the Region
  2. Ensure Sales Targets by Increasing Share of Wallet with Existing Customers
  3. Identify Additional Business Opportunities or Develop Potential New Ones in the Region
  4. Conduct Regular Customer Visits and Establish Close Relationships with Customers
  5. Take Over Local Business Development Activities to Support Local Customer Base
  6. Work Closely with Technical Support Team, Marketing, and Product Management
  7. Provide Feedback on Market Trends and Customer/End-User Needs
  8. Support Collection of Competitor Information
  9. Insert Customer-Related Data into CRM and Make Use of Available CRM Data and Reports
  10. Timely Inform Supply Chain on Extraordinary Demand
  11. Support Cross-Border Opportunities
  12. Cooperate with Local Field Sales Engineer Team
  13. Proactively Drive Projects in the Sales Phase
  14. Participate in Trade Shows and Share Information on Products and Services

Requirements:

  1. Strong Customer Focus
  2. Team Player with Strong Hunting Mindset and Motivation
  3. At Least 5 Years of Sales Experience with a Focus on Install Market Segment
  4. Strong Understanding of Professional A/V and Installed Sound Applications
  5. Understanding of Installed Sound Solutions
  6. Ability to Read and Interpret Project Floor Plans and System Flow Line Drawings
  7. Strong Ability to Develop Distributor, Reseller, Integrator, and Consultant Relationships
  8. Strong Communication Skills in Fluent English
  9. Presentation Skills
  10. Analytical Competency and PC Skills
  11. Ability to Plan, Organize, and Follow Through/Implement Activities
  12. Up to 75% Travel Required
