Were searching for an experiencedChannel Manager to join our team in Dubai. The right candidateshould possess a proven track record of establishing and managingsuccessful channel/partnerstrategy.


PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Developand maintain relationships with new and existing channel partnersto expand sales;
  • Handle ChannelPartners and develop strategicrelationship;
  • Strengthen therelationship with the key decision makers of major ChannelPartners;
  • Interact very closely andon a daily basis with the accounts to ensure they are ready andwell enabled to promote and sell the company s line ofproducts;
  • Collect data from themarket for the assessment of company marketshare;
  • Design and execute jointlydeveloped business plans for identified partner accounts includingstrategic initiatives training plan marketingplan;
  • Work collaboratively with UnitManagers PreSales and Product teams to assess client requirementsdeveloping a valueaddsolution;
  • Deliver presentation topartners and clients; arrange seminars with relevant prospectpartners;
  • Oversee implementation oftargeted programs and marketingcampaign;
  • Ensure that Channels areable to generate business to ensure better Market Coverage andincremental revenuestream;
  • Build/Maintain adequatepipeline for all handledproducts;
  • Develop and deliveraccurate sales forecasts in line withbusiness


Requirements

Skillsand ExperienceRequired:

  • University degreein Management Information Systems Telecommunications &Computer Communication orequivalent
  • Minimum of 35 yearsexperience in IT channel sales and accountmanagement
  • Should have experiencehandling content management software/solutions inUAE.
  • Excellent written &verbal communication inEnglish
  • Highly motivated committedwith a genuine desire to succeed insales
  • Excellent teamwork skills area must with proven ability to influence crossfunctionalteams
  • Proven records in achieving& over achieving salestargets
  • Having relationship andexperience in dealing with Channel Partners in the MEARegion
  • Customer oriented with theability to listen organize and champion key initiatives for channeldevelopment and customersatisfaction
