**Position: Channel Sales Manager**

**Location: Dubai**

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and onboard potential channel partners, including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and foodservice providers.

Drive new business with existing partners and establish new client relationships within the eco-system.

Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting and track progress through the sales cycle.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiating contracts, setting pricing structures, and ensuring compliance with agreements.

Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each channel to maximize revenue and market share.

Set and work towards specific sales targets and objectives for each channel.

Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with channel partners and customers.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.

Create sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate lettuce production and supply to meet demand.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with channel partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Address any issues or challenges related to channel sales, including resolving conflicts with channel partners.

Responsible to grow the client base and increase Company’s relationship equity status across new client portfolios.

**CLIENT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES**

Build relationships with key employees among customers.

Create plans to address clients’ business needs.

Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

Collaborate with internal teams of Accounts, Sales, Engineers, Marketing and Senior Management to address customers’ needs.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in sales strategy development

Strong understanding of agricultural products, processes, and market dynamics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
