LEOS International Developments, a leading real estate development company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Channel Partner Manager to oversee and manage our network of channel partners and agents. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, driving sales through partner channels, and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Partner Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including brokers, real estate agencies, and sales agents, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to maximize partner satisfaction and loyalty.

**Partner Recruitment and Onboarding**:
Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the company's network and reach in target markets, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners.

Lead the onboarding process for new partners, providing training, resources, and guidance to ensure partners understand LEOS International Developments' products, services, and sales processes.

**Sales Enablement and Support**:
Provide sales enablement support to channel partners, including training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing collateral to help partners effectively promote and sell our real estate projects.

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of sales materials, pricing information, and promotional offers to support partner activities.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
Track and monitor partner performance against sales targets, KPIs, and objectives, analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue contribution, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Channel Development and Expansion:
Develop and implement strategies to expand channel partner network and coverage in key markets, identifying new opportunities for partnership and collaboration to drive business growth.

Evaluate and negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs to align with company objectives and partner interests.

**Compliance and Governance**:
Ensure compliance with partner agreements, policies, and contractual obligations, monitoring partner activities and performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Implement governance processes and controls to mitigate risks, protect company interests, and maintain ethical standards in partner relationships.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Proven track record of success in building and managing channel partner relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences and driving business success.

Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the UAE market.
