Channel Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Resource Development: Establish contacts with local transport companies and personal transport resources, conduct cooperation negotiations, and establish a stable transport cooperation network.
2. Customer Development: Actively develop local enterprises with transport needs, analyze customer needs, and provide targeted transport solutions.
3. Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication and relationship management with existing transport partners and customers to ensure long-term stability of cooperation.
4. Market Analysis: Collect transport needs and competition in the local market, and formulate effective channel development strategies and cooperation plans.
5. Contract Negotiation: Responsible for the negotiation, signing and execution of channel cooperation contracts to ensure the rights and interests of the company and partners
**Job Requirements**:
1. Experience Requirements: More than 5 years of sales or channel development experience in the transport and logistics industry, with transport resources preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to quickly establish and maintain customer and partner relationships.
3. Stress Resistance: Possess strong stress resistance and problem-solving skills, and be able to promote business development under goal orientation.
4. Market Insight: Have a keen insight into the local transportation market and be able to adjust cooperation strategies in time according to market changes.
5. Priority will be given to those who have management experience in platform companies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
