JobDescription:
We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our clients teamin Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving salesgrowth by developing and managing relationships with key businessclients. This role requires a deep understanding of the lightingindustry excellent communication skills and a proven track recordof achieving sales targets.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan toachieve business objectives and sales targets in the B2Bsegment.
- Identify and establish relationshipswith key decisionmakers in target companies including architectsinterior designers developers contractors and procurementprofessionals.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals ensuring customersatisfaction and repeat business.
- Conductmarket research to identify new business opportunities and stayupdated on industry trends and competitoractivities.
- Collaborate with the marketing teamto create and execute effective promotional campaigns that enhancebrand visibility and attract newclients.
- Prepare and deliver compellingpresentations and proposals to potential clients highlighting theunique value propositions of companysproducts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreementswith clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance withcompany policies.
- Monitor sales performanceanalyze data and provide regular reports to senior management onsales activities forecasts and marketconditions.
- Attending industry events tradeshows and networking opportunities to promote the companys productsand expand the client base.
- Provide feedback tothe product development team based on client needs and preferencesto drive innovation and product enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or arelated field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experiencein B2B sales preferably within the lighting interior design orluxury goods industry.
- Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
- Strong network of contacts within theindustry including designers anddevelopers.
- Excellent communication negotiationand presentation skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
- Proficient in using CRM softwareand other sales tools to manage leads and track salesperformance.
- Willingness to travel within theUAE and internationally as required.
