Dubai Position: Senior Institutional Sales Location: Dubai Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Institutional Sales professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, preferably within the financial technology sector, and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. * Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companies products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. * Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. * Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading technologies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Skills and Competencies: * Self-motivate * Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
