**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Manager to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in maximizing revenue through accurate demand forecasting and strategic revenue management tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly revenue targets by accurately forecasting demand and implementing strategic revenue management tactics.
  2. Precisely forecast demand, ensuring detailed mapping at multiple dimensions (e.g., Class, time of departure, day of week, Origin, and Destination), especially during peak periods and special events.
  3. Strategically manage revenue during peak times and special events to capitalize on demand fluctuations.
  4. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies as necessary.
  5. Track and analyze revenue performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  6. Collaborate closely with all commercial departments, Network Planning, alliance, sales, e-commerce, marketing and loyalty, to ensure pricing and revenue strategies align with overall business objectives.
  7. Utilize revenue management software and tools effectively to support decision-making and optimize revenue opportunities.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue outcomes continuously.
  9. Provide expertise in demand strategies for revenue management projects.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or with relevant analytical experience.
  • 5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
  • High familiarity with airline systems, such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, DDS, and reporting tools such as Tableau and Zenztech.
