About the Role

Miral Destinations is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Strategist to drive the overall marketing function for Saadiyat Island and deliver the marketing plan in line with the brand/business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the destination's objectives of visitor volume, destination footfall, market penetration, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute a brand strategy across the destination, maintaining positive brand integrity and perception across all marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Agency Support: Manage the external creative agency relationship, ensuring delivery deadlines are adhered to and creative concepts are developed in line with campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute cross-platform audience engagement and owned channel marketing programs to drive conversion and meet business revenue/attendance targets.
  • Brand Content Support: Create high-quality content for all marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all visual and written communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Marketing / Strategy experience.
  • Skillset: Commercially astute, data-driven, and results-oriented, with strong presentation skills and analytical thinking.
