Job Summary

The Demand Manager at Etihad Airways plays a crucial role in maximizing revenue through accurate demand forecasting, analysis of market trends, and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets by accurately forecasting demand and implementing strategic revenue management tactics.
  • Precisely forecast demand, ensuring detailed mapping across multiple dimensions such as Class, time of departure, day of week, Origin, and Destination.
  • Strategically manage revenue during peak times and special events to capitalize on demand fluctuations.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Track and analyze revenue performance metrics, conducting regular performance reviews and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with commercial departments, Network Planning, alliance, sales, e-commerce, marketing, and loyalty to ensure pricing and revenue strategies align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or with relevant analytical experience.
  • 5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
  • High familiarity with airline systems and reporting tools is highly valued.
