Revenue Growth Strategist

As a key member of the Modon Group team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
Job PurposeYou will analyze revenue, profit, and demand related to the hotel's room and event space inventory, developing strategies to optimize revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing revenue strategies and forecasts to drive growth.
- Managing rates for all Bab Al Nojoum Properties.
- Leading or working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyzing data to make informed decisions and resolve challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Analysis and Forecasting:
- Analyze revenue, profit, and demand related to the hotel's room and function space inventory.
- Prepare analysis of progress against budget, projections, and forecasts.
- Sales Strategy and Implementation:
- Implement sales strategy action plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Prepare sales strategy meetings with critiques, findings, and recommendations.
- Revenue Management and Optimization:
- Use analytical tools and systems to maximize total hotel revenue and profit.
- Manage room inventory to maximize room revenue and ensure information accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using Booking Engines, Channel Managers, PMS, and Rate Managers.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting.
