Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily hotel occupancy and coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
- Manage and greet all guests, monitor and resolve all requests.
- Perform check-in/check-out of guests using the Opera system.
- Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
- Prepare occupancy and guest reports.
- Maintain group and individual arrival reports daily.
- Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
- Check and manage room allocation.
- Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
- Coordinate and assist the concierge in all services to guests and maintain knowledge on all emergency procedures and evaluate all credit limit reports on a daily basis and manage room availability efficiently.
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
