Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, supervising cleaners and gardeners, and ensuring that the office environment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and other essential materials.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of cleaners and gardeners to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Expense Management: Monitor office expenses and optimize costs related to office supplies and services.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain an organized and efficient office space, ensuring that all areas are functional and presentable.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Administrative Support: Handle office-related administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and scheduling.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises.
  • Support Services: Provide support to the HR and management teams in maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a large organization or group of companies.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in managing office facilities, including relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
