Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Access Management: Manage access to Boeing areas and integrate with the Strategic Facility security system to ensure secure and controlled access.
- Visitor Coordination: Process visitor requests and coordinate planned visits with day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Communication and Correspondence: Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
- Supply Chain Management: Order and maintain general office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Event Planning: Plan and implement logistics for internal and external events and meetings to ensure successful execution.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the Boeing area of the facility is maintained in excellent condition, meeting all safety and regulatory standards.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth.
- Technical Skills: User-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and responsible, with a strong ability to own problems and find solutions.
- Customer Service: Customer service qualifications and experience.
- Facilities Management: Experience working in a Boeing Defence facility and with Defence customers.
- Facilities Management Qualification: Facilities Management qualification and experience.
This position does not have sponsorship approval. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
