Key Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Conduct thorough cleaning of all areas within the office, including public spaces, offices, and bathrooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  2. Waste Management: Support the efficient disposal of waste and recyclables, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  3. Facilities Support: Assist with furniture and box transfers, stock inventory management, and delivery support, ensuring seamless operations.
  4. Reporting and Maintenance: Report any repair works or cleaning equipment maintenance needs to the Facilities Supervisor, ensuring prompt attention to issues.
  5. Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, painting, and assembling furniture, as needed.
  6. Confidentiality and Communication: Maintain confidentiality when discussing participant, consumer, staff, volunteers, and organizational matters, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  7. Attendance and Teamwork: Report to work regularly and on time, and assist with other duties as needed and directed, working closely with the Facilities Supervisor and reporting any issues.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2 years of experience in a housekeeping and/or customer service-based role.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Presentation and Attention to Detail: Professional presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
  4. Physical Health: Physically fit and in excellent health.
  5. Reliability and Teamwork: Willing to work shifts and at short notice, reliable, and a team player.
  6. D.I.Y. Experience: Experience in DIY is desirable.
