Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments and teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, business administration).
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
