وظيفة: Lead Sales Strategist

المسؤوليات:

  • إجراء زيارات دورية للمقاولين المحتملين والاستشاريين والعملاء وتحديث ملفاتهم بأحدث المعلومات عن الشركة.
  • توفير كافة المعلومات والمستندات اللازمة للعملاء المهتمين.
  • تأهيل الشركة لدى العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين.
  • تأسيس الشركة مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين.
  • تطوير استراتيجية المبيعات الخاصة بالشركة بما يتماشى مع احتياجاتها وبالتنسيق مع الإدارة.
  • متابعة عملية الاستفسارات وعملية التسعير.
  • متابعة العروض المقدمة مع الأطراف المعنية.
  • جمع المعلومات حول أسعار الشركة واستراتيجياتها وأمان الوظائف، مما يسمح بالتخطيط الأفضل.
  • تخطيط واستهداف ومتابعة المشاريع الخاصة.
  • عند تأمين الوظيفة، متابعة خطاب النوايا ومشروع اتفاقية المقاولة، مراجعتها والتعليق عليها وتعديلها وفقًا لسياسة الشركة وتوجيهات الإدارة.
  • عند الانتهاء من اتفاقية المقاولة أو استلام خطاب النوايا، يقوم مدير المبيعات بجمع مستندات المناقصة (المواصفات، قائمة الكميات، رسومات العقد، والجدول الزمني الرئيسي للمقاول).
  • الموافقة على نصيحة العمل كاملة مع مستند العقد وسجلات التقدير ذات الصلة لإدارات الهندسة والتركيب والإنتاج.
  • تنفيذ جميع المسؤوليات المعينة وفقًا لنظام الجودة ISO الخاص بالشركة.
  • جلب المزيد من الاستفسارات لمشاريع الفيت أوت السريعة وأي مشاريع كبيرة أخرى.

المتطلبات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل في الهندسة أو العمارة).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المبيعات في صناعة الفيت أوت.
  • تاريخ مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
