We are currently in search of a Lead Client Relationship Strategist who will be instrumental in cultivating and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Position Overview:

In the role of Lead Client Relationship Strategist, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and the Head of Sales and Leasing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and strategic mindset in nurturing relationships with suppliers, buyers, and owners' associations. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing community and property management, thereby ensuring seamless operations and elevated customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to effectively manage relationships with suppliers, buyers, and owners' associations.
  • Supervise community management and property management operations to guarantee efficient functionality.
  • Establish and maintain robust connections with owners' associations to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gauge their needs and resolve any issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management regarding the status and performance of customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in customer relationship management within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in community management and property management.
  • In-depth knowledge of owners' associations and applicable regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and related tools.
