Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic priorities for the SMB sector, leveraging critical insights.
  • Manage daily collaborations and evaluations with local sales teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing Managers to ensure alignment of cross-channel marketing strategies with customer insights and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business performance against established goals, providing insights and highlights for regular business reviews.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and actionable plans.
  • Evaluate the outcomes and impacts of various initiatives on the program, sharing findings with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives or consulting roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence and persuade, particularly among senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical skills in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
