  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and property stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Leverage MS Office and CRM platforms to produce reports and monitor sales performance.
  • Remain informed about market trends, industry advancements, and competitor actions.
  • Adapt work hours to accommodate client needs and finalize transactions.
  • Serve as a mentor, providing support and direction to junior sales personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A minimum of a university degree.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years in real estate (brokerage/developer).
    • 7 years of professional experience in Dubai.
    • Demonstrated team leadership skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Strong network of connections with property owners in Dubai.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
    • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
    • Proven success in direct sales.
    • Independent and analytical thinker.
    • Proactive attitude with excellent active listening skills.
    • Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
