Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrated capability to influence and persuade, particularly among senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical skills in Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
