Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to expand and deepen investor coverage within Southeast Asia, focusing on Candriam's UCITS platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients (including global financial institutions, leading Asian private banks, wealth managers, and family offices) to promote Candriam's UCITS fund platforms.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities from institutional investors via UCITS funds and/or separately managed accounts for Candriam and/or NYLIM.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in asset management, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated investment knowledge and expertise in main asset classes (liquid and alternatives).
  • Solid relationships with SE Asian investors.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a small team/branch office setting.
  • Shenghan visa requirements met.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivation, critical thinking, and fluency in English.
