Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at IBIS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Revenue Management: Assist with revenue management tasks, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Guest Services: Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of what we offer.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with any additional languages being an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
