Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Bin Ham Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently and accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Information and Assistance: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Problem Resolution: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and problems in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries politely and helpfully, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and provide a seamless experience.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay current on hotel policies and procedures, providing accurate information and assistance to guests.
