Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Abu Dhabi National Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services and Front Desk Operations
  • Manage front desk operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and adhering to hotel standards.
Team Management
  • Supervise and manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Project Management
  • Implement and manage projects to improve front desk operations and guest services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
Financial Management
  • Manage front desk budgets and expenses to ensure they are within approved limits.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on front desk operations and guest services.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in front desk operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
