About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Black Pearl Consult in Dubai. This role presents an opportunity to lead and expand our company's channel sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Channel Sales Strategies: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, and identify new channel opportunities and markets to enhance our company's reach.
  • Partner Onboarding and Support: Onboard new partners, provide training and support, and ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives, and address and resolve any issues that partners face.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in channel sales management within the technology sector.
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of technology products and market trends.
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Channel Sales Experience: Familiarity with channel sales processes and technologies.
  • Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • UAE Market Experience: Experience working in the UAE market is highly desirable.
