About the Role

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales: A minimum of 4 years of experience working in mid-large sized marketing and sales teams is required.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to follow up and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Customer-Centric Market Knowledge: Strong customer-centric market knowledge, with the ability to tie data points to customer behavior and paint a full picture that results in actionable marketing insights.
  • Marketing Channel Knowledge: Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including CRM, digital, offline, and IPM, with expertise in one or more channels preferred.
  • Data and Analytics: Strong skills in data and analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
