  1. Business Planning and Execution

Develop and execute business plans for identified sales channel partners, including strategic initiatives, training plans, and marketing plans.

  1. Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to assess client requirements and develop value-added solutions.

  1. Presentation and Training

Deliver presentations to sales channel partners and clients, and arrange seminars with relevant prospects.

  1. Program Implementation and Marketing

Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

  1. Pipeline Management and Forecasting

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for all handled products and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication or equivalent.

  1. Technical Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales channel sales and account management, with a proven track record of achieving and over-achieving sales targets.

  1. Language and Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to listen, organize, and champion key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction.

  1. Teamwork and Influence

Highly motivated, committed, and able to work effectively in a team environment, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  1. Channel Experience and Relationships

Proven experience in dealing with sales channel partners in the MEA region, with a strong network of relationships and contacts.
