- Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Channel Performance: Ensure that channels are able to generate business to ensure better market coverage and incremental revenue streams.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an adequate pipeline for all handled products to ensure sales growth and revenue targets.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives to inform strategic decision-making.
- Education: University degree in Management, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Computer Communication, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT channel sales and account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience handling content management software/solutions in the UAE.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated and committed with a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
- Teamwork Skills: Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Sales Performance: Proven records in achieving and over-achieving sales targets.
- Regional Experience: Experience in dealing with business partners in the MEA region.
- Customer Focus: Customer-oriented with the ability to listen, organize, and champion key initiatives for business development and customer satisfaction.
