Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to lead our sales strategy in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of establishing and managing successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Business Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing business partners to expand sales and revenue streams.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Handle business partners and develop strategic relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Key Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers of major business partners to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Account Enablement: Interact closely with accounts to ensure they are ready and well-enabled to promote and sell our line of products.
  • Market Analysis: Collect data from the market for the assessment of our market share and competitive landscape.
  • Business Planning: Design and execute jointly developed business plans for identified partner accounts, including strategic initiatives, training plans, and marketing plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with unit managers, pre-sales, and product teams to assess client requirements and develop value-added solutions.
  • Presentation and Training: Deliver presentations to partners and clients, arrange seminars with relevant prospect partners to educate and engage.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Channel Performance: Ensure that channels are able to generate business to ensure better market coverage and incremental revenue streams.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an adequate pipeline for all handled products to ensure sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Management, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Computer Communication, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT channel sales and account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience handling content management software/solutions in the UAE.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated and committed with a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
  • Teamwork Skills: Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Performance: Proven records in achieving and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Regional Experience: Experience in dealing with business partners in the MEA region.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented with the ability to listen, organize, and champion key initiatives for business development and customer satisfaction.
