About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of EC to lead our e-commerce team and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and improve product appeal for online shoppers.
  • Develop and optimize e-commerce-focused ad and promo strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze PR commercial performance, market share, and ad/promo metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with the Global E-C Community to leverage HQ expertise and tools to drive business success.
  • Lead the setup and improvement of business usability and performance to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • More than 10 years of work experience.
  • 4-5 years of EC leadership experience in a marketplace (Amazon, Rakuten, Lohaco, etc.) for Consumer Goods.
  • Practical experience in E-C advertising, promotion, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing marketing or digital or E-Com teams.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Proficient in data and tools (Analytics, Profitero, Nint, etc.).
  • Business-level written and verbal English and Japanese.
