Galderma is a leading dermatology company dedicated to advancing dermatology for every skin story. We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager UAE/KSA to ensure best-in-class online presence, visibility, and engagement for our brands directly and indirectly via e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage the potential of our brand portfolio within all channels, evaluate the impact of activations and brand executions at the customer level with measurable and consistent KPIs for our brands, and increase efficiency of online activations. Key responsibilities include building brand desirability and merchandising brand products across digital touchpoints, supporting the Business Unit Head in creative development and agreeing on strategies to engage with consumers and shoppers in the online retail landscape, collecting and preparing digital assets and tools, and developing excellence in data management and CRM. The successful candidate will have a university degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Business Management, a minimum of 3-4 years in an e-commerce/digital marketing role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They will also have excellent numerical skills, project management skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. English is required, and Arabic is preferred. The E-Commerce Manager UAE/KSA will be responsible for raising the digital mindset and knowledge about the entire value chain of e-commerce platforms within the sales and marketing teams. They will also monitor sales development across the e-commerce channel, provide consumer insights and KPIs, and observe competitors' behavior and monitor market trends.
