Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Lead at Nathan HR Human Resources, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, market communications, and public relations activities for our key product.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing brand image through excellent execution, collaborating with the regional marketing team to develop marketing programs, analyzing sales and retail audit data to create growth action plans, monitoring and responding to key competitors' activities, conducting consumer research as needed, designing marketing programs tailored to distribution channels, providing post-analysis to assess the effectiveness of key marketing programs, assisting in developing trade and consumer marketing communications, overseeing organization of key events such as exhibitions and in-store events, researching consumer markets and monitoring market trends, conducting regular store checks and competitor analysis, collaborating with the Head of Marketing to conduct monthly training sessions on new products, providing monthly reports on brand performance, working with other functions, especially sales, to ensure optimal outcomes, driving brand portfolio differentiation from competitors' products, maintaining and developing the small domestic appliances portfolio in line with brand standards, managing product life cycle and marketing topics, ensuring alignment with regional headquarters on category management and overall strategy, conducting and attending product training and demonstrations, analyzing market data to optimize the product portfolio, coordinating product launches and ensuring timely market entry, SKU codification, and sample availability, analyzing commercial data by country/month, including distributor sales, in-market sales, stock on hand, and action plan definition, developing product pricing and positioning strategies to support sales team revenue and profitability goals, representing the company with customers to understand market trends and drive product and brand strategy, coordinating central marketing budget and co-op funds with customers, allocating by brand and communication strategy, overseeing and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring the right messaging to attract and retain customers, monitoring current campaigns, ensuring timely task completion, and evaluating success to improve brand marketing, coordinating trade marketing activity with distributors to ensure alignment with brand fundamentals and visual identity, ensuring digital marketing activities convert into sales, particularly for e-commerce, penetrating the HoReCa channel and managing existing and new business customers, providing product training and induction for various stakeholders, representing the MEIA team within the Group organization, updating senior leadership on NPD, marketing activity progress, and sales results, with periodic MEIA sales and marketing meetings, developing and implementing product brand strategy to support growth across markets, establishing brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing on plans, monitoring brand competitors and conducting market research for further brand development, collaborating with the Head of Marketing on brand proposition and market penetration plans, developing consumer insights through market segmentation, customer profiling, and consumer behavior analysis, providing technical knowledge and support to the sales team for different products, supporting sales team with key clients to promote specific products/brands, attending conferences and trade shows, staying updated on market developments, including new products and services.
