About the Opportunity

ADNOC Distribution is on a journey to transform the retail landscape, delivering tangible actions to facilitate progress in providing sustainable mobility solutions for customers. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the VP's office management and coordinating divisional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
  • Provide confidential support to the VP, managing their diary, appointments, telephone calls, visitors, and business travel.
  • Handle and organize correspondence, key documents, and records related to the division, ensuring all are produced, managed, and maintained with the required level of confidentiality.
Administrative Assistance
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for divisional initiatives, working closely with internal and external parties.
  • Provide administrative support to teams by handling queries, petty cash expenses, completing paperwork, and ad hoc requests.
  • Record data accurately to ensure reliable information in records and files.
Meetings Management
  • Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, coordinating with attendees to effectively manage the VP's time.
  • Attend meetings to collect, analyze, and communicate meeting minutes with stakeholders, following up on assignments to maintain meeting effectiveness.
  • Handle VIP meeting logistics according to defined policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Business Administration.
  • At least 6 years of experience, including 3 years in office administration.


In this role, you can expect a competitive salary, approximately AED 12,500 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
