  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and direct our kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Performance Management: Establish, implement, and control performance standards for our kitchen and food service teams, focusing on hygiene, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including HACCP standards and procedures.
  • Culinary Innovation: Identify and introduce new culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles to enhance our menu offerings and guest experience.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: A professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course, with at least 7 years of experience in quality establishments in a similar role.
  • Language and Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with a proven track record of food preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge.
  • Leadership and Administration: Strong knowledge of the HACCP management system and administration work, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Futurelog & food waste management systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or Hotel Management degree.
