Position Overview

The role of the Senior Sales Executive is pivotal in driving the overall sales objectives through effective business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Accountable for meeting sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to enhance revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure adherence to operational procedures and policies to elevate service standards. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to assess service quality and recommend improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track revenue, yield, and staff efficiency to propose adjustments aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and achieving profitability targets.
  • Communication of Product Offerings: Regularly update clients on the product portfolio through various channels to maximize sales potential. Ensure timely dissemination of policy updates to frontline staff and partners.
  • Reporting: Compile and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports. Conduct business reviews and respond to client inquiries for proposals and information as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide insights to management. Support promotional activities and events to meet sales and organizational objectives.
  • Supplier Engagement: Lead sales initiatives related to supplier portfolios, including drafting and negotiating contracts and proposals.
  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the successful integration of new clients into the service platform.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain relationships through regular visits and participation in review meetings to discuss strategies for increasing sales and revenue.
  • Consultative Selling: Deliver data-driven consulting approaches and spearhead sales efforts on key leads, including proposal development and presentation materials.
  • Strategic Direction: Ensure alignment with the strategic vision for online travel agencies, supported by all customer-facing functions.
  • Change Management: Advocate for online sales initiatives within the team and exemplify new practices.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on market dynamics and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Internal Support: Provide assistance to internal teams and address a variety of challenges within established service level agreements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of actions, events, and meeting notes within the Customer Relationship Management system.
