About the Opportunity
Main Responsibilities:- Support Senior Account Managers in handling client inquiries, leveraging technical expertise to provide solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot client issues, take action on feedback, and resolve pain-points.
- Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
