We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Caliberly, a leading shipping and logistics firm. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients, partners, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet Visitors Warmly: Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate departments or personnel in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage Incoming Calls: Answer and direct calls professionally, responding to inquiries or directing calls as needed.
  • Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and welcoming for visitors.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Manage scheduling and appointments for company representatives and assist with coordinating meetings and events.
  • Mail and Courier Services: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Security Protocols: Ensure security protocols by managing visitor access and maintaining a log of visitors and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • A UAE National (Emirati) Female.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

The estimated salary for this position is AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month, depending on experience.
