We are looking for a highly skilled Telecom Sales Executive to join our team at First Point Group.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding existing business and driving new revenue opportunities by selling telecom products, solutions, and services tailored to the network requirements of telecom operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with the company's business growth strategy.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, primarily focusing on UAE Mobile Operators.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets (specific details will be discussed upon shortlisting).
  • Create and manage a Sales & Account Plan to drive business objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience selling into Mobile Operators.
  • Previous experience managing UAE Mobile Operators as a Key Account from the operator side is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in selling telecom solutions such as 5G, 4G, Data Center Technologies, AI, Digital Transformation for Telcos, IoT, and DWDM.
  • Experience in engaging senior management in techno-commercial discussions.
