About the Position

In this Regional Telecom Business Development Director role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a large portfolio of telecom operators across the region. You will create win-win strategies to drive sales and adoption of Apple products and services. This involves direct engagement with telecom operators as well as indirect collaboration through the account management teams of Apple's value-added distributors in the region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales & business management background with significant Telecom experience. They should have shown & demonstrable engagement with Executive & Board Level partners. Validated Senior/Executive Carrier Account Management experience is also required. They should be able to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Fluency in native level English is also a must.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and develop effective partnership strategies.
  2. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to drive sales and adoption of Apple products and services.
  3. Collaborate with regional sales leaders to support their overall country strategies and sales objectives.
  4. Identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about competitors' activities, account histories, and emerging trends.

Key Requirements
  • You should have Significant channel sales experience in the Mobile Telecom sector.
  • You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You should possess strong analytical skills to understand sales data and customer needs.
  • You should have experience working in a matrix organization.
