Business Development and Fundraising Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Fundraising Specialist to join our team. This role will exclusively focus on raising capital for our incubated Web3 projects, working directly with a range of investors including VCs, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), family offices, and institutional investors.
Your primary responsibility will be building and expanding the cap tables for these startups by connecting them with the right investment partners, ranging from small to top-tier VCs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored fundraising strategies for our incubated Web3 projects, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and growth stages.
- Manage the deal flow process, coordinating investor introductions, meetings, and negotiations for our portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with our incubation teams to understand the needs of each startup and provide feedback to ensure they are well-positioned for investment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, investor sentiment, and market opportunities in the Web3 space to advise our startups effectively.
- 3+ years in fundraising, venture capital, or business development, preferably with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
- Proven network of VCs, HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors with experience raising capital for early and mid-stage startups.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including trends in DeFi, RWA, DePIN, NFTs, scalability, and infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing investment deals.
- Ability to assess project viability, market fit, and potential for long-term growth within the Web3 space.
