We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Qureos Inc.

This role entails direct customer interactions, exceptional customer service, and engaging in sales initiatives, conducting training, and overseeing sales management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the given target for the assigned region, including lead generation.

Assist the Regional Manager to achieve business goals.

Develop new clients and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.

Keep oneself abreast of the competitors and market trends, forecast market needs to bolster the company's growth.

Build and maintain strong relations with the clients and proactively assess their needs to meet the expectations.

Collaborate with teams and technical expertise teams and assist in developing marketing and communication tools for development and introduction of new products, programs, and solutions.

Key qualifications include proficiency in communication and customer service, a background in marketing or a related discipline, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction and automobile field.

UAE experience is mandatory.

Salary from 5500 AED, allowances, and commission based on KPI.
